hey fotinians. This is "EmeRGENCY".
i need REG NO. 1,6,11,16,21,26,31
to BE IN CHARGE of the reg no. they are assigned to...just like how you all collect report book money. E.G. reg no.1, is in charge of reg nos. 2,3,4 and 5.
Call them...reg no IN-CHARGE. haha.
I need these in charge to call their reg no. and tell them about the outing. AND ask them which day of 2nd AND 3rd week of june (9-22june) are they free. Reg no. in-charges have to report to me AND jacalyn about the days via DHS.MAIL.SG. DON't tag here. ((jacalyn, pls check dhs.mail.sg for my email. :) )) REg. No incharge, pls remind those people that you call to check 1F blog daily. and also to check Dhs.mail.sg daily.
I noted that many people can't make it for 13 june...and some say its unlucky. haha. So, im trying to change to a better date where everyone can go. if other dates, there are more people that can't go, we MIGHT make another class outing to cater for those who din go on 13 JUNE.
For those who cannot make it for 13 JUNE, what you can do is to remind those Reg NO. In Charge to call as not every fotinians would check the class blog. XD
Me and Jacalyn will need the list of days that you all can make it BY 5 JUNE. yups. do cooperate. :D
Remember to remind each other. :D together, we shall make this outing a memorable one. :D

Venue: EscAPE.((to assemble outside))
Dress code: Class tee((without uniform)) for top and your own bottom.
Date: **NOT CONFIRM**
Time: Ten.

1. Inform them about outing(venue, time, dress code)
2. confirm date that he/she is free (9-22JUNE)

4. To remind them to CHECK DHS.MAIL.SG DAILY
5. to email me AND jacalyn via DHS.MAIL.SG by 5 JUNE
